The minimum usage period may vary for some products/services. Refer to the respective products details page for the exact period. If you intend to continue using the product beyond the minimum usage period, you need not call us to extend the service. At the end of the minimum usage period, if we do not receive any formal intimation from you about return of the product, we will auto-extend the contract at no extra cost with the same terms & conditions as of time of signup of our service.
We need time to check products at our warehouse and arrange a vehicle to deliver your products. Once your order is ready for delivery, our delivery partner will contact you to negotiate a date and approx. time of delivery. We shall attempt to deliver your products between 08.30 AM – 07.30 PM within 72 hours of receipt of your order. If you need products to be delivered outside of the above transport hours, the transport partner shall collect an additional fee to deliver/pickup at a date and time of your choice.
In case you wish to purchase the product that you have rented from us, we will provide a quote to you on your registered email id. If the price is agreeable mutually, we may consider outright sale of the product inclusive of GST to you. Such sale price will be apart from the outstanding rental dues as on date of sale of the product. However, we will not be able to provide warranty services for the product from the date of sale. If you would like to buy a brand new product of the same model, we can help you procure one at a discounted price compared to the current market price.
We assure you that we have taken adequate measures to keep your data as strictly confidential and not exposed to outside domain. We will not send any promotional material via SMS/email/whatsapp nor share your details to any other third party outside of the organization.
Unlike our competitors, we do not collect any money at the time of ordering any product. We collect a refundable security deposit after the product is delivered and installed at your home/office.
Our delivery partners working hours are between 09.00 AM IST till 06.30 PM IST on Mondays through Saturdays. When your order is ready for delivery or pickup, they will call you atleast a day in advance to help plan your availability. If you are unable to take delivery/return of the products, we will re-plan your delivery/pickup again at the next available delivery slot.
If you have a special request to deliver or pickup outside of these hours, please mention them in the Order notes or inform our customer care team. In such cases, our delivery partners may charge a nominal convenience fee to plan a delivery or a pickup exclusively for you at a time of your choice.
Transport fee is a non-refundable amount. This fee is collected only once and covers delivery of the products to your house + pickup of the same when you intend to return the product back to us.
We arrange a commercial vehicle for transporting goods with a driver along with one or two assistants to carry the products. Thus, the non-refundable two way transport fees depends on the area where you stay, the number of products you have ordered, which floor you stay along with whether lift access is allowed for our personal to use.
Assuming you clearly specify all these details at the time of ordering, the amount is communicated to you when you finalise the order in the cart at the time of checkout.
The current rental contract is tied to the delivery location and shall end the moment you shift your residence. If you plan to end the service or relocate, you will have to initiate a return for the product delivered at the current location. We will take back the product through our transport team. You need not pay transport fee again for return of the product as it is collected at the time of delivery of the product.
In case you need our rental service again at a new location, check for availability of our service at the new location. You will have to place an order for the product with the new location and pay refundable security deposit and non-refundable transport fee again at the time of delivery in the new location.
If you plan this process in advance, we will try to ensure that the return of product at the old residence and delivery of another product at the new residence happens on the same day.
On the other hand, if you want us to arrange for relocation of your personal belongings as well, we can help arrange a transport vehicle and helpers exclusive for transporting your goods alone at a cost lower than others in the Movers and Packers industry.
There are few questions based on which we can address this query.
The security deposit is computed based on the product and is listed at our website www.letushire.com. After the product is delivered at your home, our transport team shall assist you in signing the rental contract for the product(s).
You will then need to pay the Security deposit along with the applicable non-refundable transport fees through UPI or direct transfer to our bank account. In case of payment by cash, our personnel shall issue a cash receipt after receiving your payment.
You can cancel you order till any time before the transport team reaches your home with your products.
While we assure you that the products you order shall be of among the known brands advertised in the Product details section of our website and of good quality, we do not allow the customer to choose the specific make, the model and color of the product at any time.
3 months. For some products, the minimum rental period might vary. For exact period, please check the product detail page of the respective product. By minimum usage period, we mean that if in case you return the product before 3 months, the refundable security deposit shall be adjusted against the minimum usage period of 3 months and there shall be no refund in this case.
Though we try to void such short term request, we can give some options to you. We suggest you reach out to our customer care team or write to us with your specific need. We will consider such request on a case by case basis.
We call this as “Notice period” for return. Once you have used the products for a minimum period of 3 months, you are free to return the products by providing us a 14 days’ notice period.
Notify us about return at least 14 days in advance.
Plan your returns on the nearest transport date (among any Tuesday/Friday/Sunday)
Disclose any breakages/damages (if any) to the product well in advance to us. Unplug the product from mains a day in advance - if applicable)
Gently clean the products before our transport team arrives at your home on the date of return.
Clear any pending rental dues before date of pickup.
Ensure that the primary contact who ordered the product is available in person when the transport team arrives to pickup the product.
In case of disagreement or dispute with the transport team, please do not argue with them. Instead reach out to our customer care team for assistance.
Unplanned returns have a financial impact on both you and us as well. Unless we explicitly agree at the beginning of your subscription, if you return the product before end of the 3 months minimum rental period, any rental dues from you for the 3 months shall be adjusted against the refundable security deposit. If there are any other dues pending from you, you will need to settle those dues before scheduling the return.
Considering your request is urgent and comes at the last minute, we don’t have a choice. The end date of calculation of rent shall be 14 days from the time of intimation of return to us by email/whatsapp/SMS to our customer care team.
Any outstanding amount due to us along with any breakages/damages/cleaning fee shall need to be cleared before schedule of return.
The security deposit minus any outstanding rental dues shall be refunded back to you at the time of pickup of the product. Transport fee is anyway non-refundable.

If you ordered a product by mistake and you recognise the issue at the time of delivery, or if your residence does not have provision to accommodate the product or your house owner or someone in your residence objects to usage of the product at your residence at the time of delivery, then we will collect at least a months’ rent along with 2 way non-refundable transport fee to cover our cost.
While we always take our best effort to deliver good quality products, there may be occasions where our products do not happen to meet your expectations. If you have valid reasons for rejecting the product(s) at the time of delivery of the order, we shall either give you an option of allowing us to take back the products in the same vehicle and bring in another one as a free replacement in the next available transport schedule or cancel the order (if you insist) and not collect any money from you.
We do not accept cancellations after the transport vehicle has left your premises.
Yes. The primary contact person who ordered the product SHOULD be available at the time of delivery and when the product is returned back to us. We insist on your presence as we want you to personally inspect the products at the time of delivery and also sign the necessary paperwork immediately after delivery and also signoff on the return documents at the time of return of the product.
The rental agreement is a non-transferable contract between you and Letushire. The moment you vacate the premises after intimating us in advance, we shall arrange pickup of the existing product. The current contract shall cease to exist once we arrange pickup and the security deposit shall be refunded back to you for the same.
We recommend your friend to reach out to our customer care team so as to complete a new rental contract with him to ensure that he/she receives another product with new terms of lease to ensure uninterrupted service.
The final settlement calculation including the amount to be refunded or collected at time of pickup of our products shall be shared to you in email on the evening before the day of pickup.
At the time of pickup of the product, the transport personnel shall inspect the product for breakages/damages. If there is any rent due from you and/or if there are any damages/breakages to the product and/or if the product is not clean, the transport personnel is authorised to recover an appropriate fees from the security deposit.
In case you need to settle any outstanding dues, you need to clear the dues ahead of the return or settle them at the time of pickup of the product. If we have to refund the final settlement amount, in case you have any UPI app (GPay/PayTM/Phone Pe), the security deposit shall be settled to the primary contact or their representative immediately at the time of pickup of the product. In case the primary contact prefers bank transfer, you will be required to notify us the bank details ahead of the pickup. In such case, we will process your refund within 24 hours of pickup of the product.
The transport team is not authorized to settle any due amount to persons unknown to us without authorization or approval of the primary applicant.
Please report the nature of your problem along with helpful symptoms to our customer care team via email/sms/ call. We will ensure that your problem is attended and resolved within 72 hours.
When you report a repair, our technician will attend to your complaint within 48 hours. Our technician will make his best attempt to resolve your complaint free of cost. In case he/she is unable to resolve your complaint within 72 hours, he/she will recommend a free replacement at the next available transport schedule.
In case the repair is determined to be because of breakage or damage to the product or negligent use, then the technician, at his/her discretion will compute a nominal labour fee in addition to the cost of replacing spares at cost price. In case of damages, our technicians input and cost estimate shall be considered as final in matters of dispute. You will be given a choice to either agree on the aforesaid cost for repair or in case of disagreement, you may engage another technician of your choice to set right the problem within next 72 hours.
If you choose to engage your own technician, you will have to ensure that your technician shall provide warranty for the repair for the next 3 months at your risk and expense. Needless to say, you will have to continue using the product for the next 3 months compulsorily.
On the other hand, if you agree on the cost estimate provided by our technician, he/she shall repair the product in your presence or if unable to repair within the time period, arrange a free replacement product through our channels. He/she shall then collect the associated repair fee from you after carrying out the repair at your house or at the time of replacement of the product.

After the rental agreement is signed, the rent shall remain the same and will not change until return of the products.
We collect rent like post-paid basis. We will email a rental invoice on your registered email ids usually before 5th of every month. You need to pay the rental dues by 15th of that month which happens to the last date for payment of rent without any late payment fees. In case you sign up for auto debit payment option at the time of delivery, there is no late payment fee.
For eg. Rent for month of March (01-31) shall turn due on 1st April. You will receive the invoice by email before 5th April. You need to remit rent by 15th April.
We generally avoid sending you any reminders via call / SMS / Whatsapp. In case there is any change in email ids or if you are not seeing our emails, please notify us well in advance.
We would like you to provide us an e-Mandate to direct-debit rent from your bank account. The rental payment will be auto-debited from your bank account typically between 1st - 5th of next month (post paid basis).
If you are not inclined to give a mandate for auto-debit, we give you option to pay by popular payment mechanisms such as NEFT, IMPS, UPI (GPay/PayTM/PhonePe/BHIM). You will also find a QR code stuck on the machine through which you can make the payment.
As we deliver orders throughout the month, for the first month alone, we will compute rent from the date of delivery till end of the month on a pro-rated basis. i.e based on the number of days till end of the month. From next month onwards, you shall be billed between 1st till end of the month.
As an example, assume we installed your product on 19th January 2024,
There will be no late payment fee for customers opting for auto-debit option directly from bank account. For such customers, the monthly rental payment shall be auto-debited between 3rd – 5th of every month. We strongly advise you to choose the auto-debit option after delivery of the product to avoid paying a late payment fees.
Fee for failed Auto-Debit payments : Inadequate balance in your account will attract a penalty of Rs.500 per transaction. This is because your and our bank (both) will penalise us with a penalty of approx. Rs.350 + GST which will be duly passed on to you along with a re-processing fee. Hence, we strongly recommend that you maintain adequate balance in your bank account till 5th of every month.
For customers opting to pay via Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), a late payment fee of Rs.250 + 18% GST/appliance each month for payments delayed beyond 15th of every month.
In case of second time failure to pay rent on time, unless you have a solid reason for the delay, we will proceed to terminate the service as outlined in our termination clauses.
We have kept the late payment fee intentionally high to dissuade you from delaying payment of rent for a service rendered to you the previous month.
If you have difficulty in making payments on time, please inform our customer care team well in advance and not after your due date.
